Diese Website ist eine private, nicht-kommerzielle Portfolio-Seite. Der Schutz Ihrer Daten ist mir wichtig — und die kurze Version lautet: Diese Seite verwendet keine Cookies, kein Tracking, keine Analyse-Tools und bindet keine Inhalte von Drittservern ein. Schriftarten und alle Medien werden lokal von dieser Website geladen. Die einzigen Daten, die anfallen, sind die technisch notwendigen Server-Logs des Hosting-Anbieters.

2. Hosting und Server-Logfiles

Diese Website wird bei GitHub Pages gehostet, einem Dienst der GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Beim Aufruf der Website erhebt GitHub automatisch technisch notwendige Daten in sogenannten Server-Logfiles, insbesondere die IP-Adresse des zugreifenden Geräts, Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugriffs, die aufgerufene Datei, den übertragenen Datenumfang sowie Browsertyp und Betriebssystem. Diese Daten werden von GitHub zur Bereitstellung und Absicherung des Dienstes verarbeitet; ich selbst habe auf diese Logfiles keinen Zugriff und führe sie mit keinen anderen Daten zusammen.

Rechtsgrundlage der Verarbeitung ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Mein berechtigtes Interesse liegt in der zuverlässigen und sicheren Bereitstellung dieser Website. GitHub ist unter dem EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert; für Datenübermittlungen in die USA besteht damit ein Angemessenheitsbeschluss der Europäischen Kommission (Art. 45 DSGVO). 3. Keine Cookies, kein Tracking

Diese Website setzt keine Cookies, verwendet keine Analyse- oder Statistik-Tools, keine Werbenetzwerke und keine Social-Media-Plugins. Es findet kein Tracking Ihres Nutzungsverhaltens statt. Aus diesem Grund gibt es auch keinen Cookie-Banner — es gibt schlicht nichts einzuwilligen.

4. Schriftarten

Alle auf dieser Website verwendeten Schriftarten (Cormorant Garamond, JetBrains Mono) sind lokal auf dem Server dieser Website gespeichert und werden von dort geladen. Beim Aufruf der Seite wird keine Verbindung zu Servern von Google oder anderen Schriftanbietern aufgebaut; Ihre IP-Adresse wird insoweit an keinen Dritten übermittelt.

5. Kontaktaufnahme per E-Mail

Wenn Sie mir per E-Mail schreiben, werden die von Ihnen mitgeteilten Daten (Ihre E-Mail-Adresse, der Inhalt Ihrer Nachricht sowie ggf. Ihr Name) von mir gespeichert, um Ihre Anfrage zu beantworten. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO, sofern Ihre Anfrage auf die Anbahnung eines Vertrags- oder Arbeitsverhältnisses zielt, im Übrigen Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an der Beantwortung von Anfragen). Ich lösche diese Daten, sobald sie für die Erreichung des Zwecks nicht mehr erforderlich sind und keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten entgegenstehen.

When you visit this website, GitHub automatically collects technically necessary data in server log files, in particular the IP address of the accessing device, date and time of access, the requested file, the volume of data transferred, and the browser type and operating system. GitHub processes this data to provide and secure the service; I myself have no access to these log files and do not combine them with any other data.

The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. My legitimate interest lies in the reliable and secure provision of this website. GitHub is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; transfers of data to the USA are therefore covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission (Art. 45 GDPR). If you write to me by email, the data you provide (your email address, the content of your message, and your name, if given) will be stored by me in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry is aimed at entering into a contractual or employment relationship, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). I delete this data as soon as it is no longer required for this purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

This website contains links to external websites (including LinkedIn, GitHub, Hugging Face, Kaggle, YouTube, and project demos hosted on Vercel). When you click such a link, you leave this website and the privacy policy of the respective provider applies. As long as you do not click a link, no data is transferred to these providers — this website does not directly embed any external content.
